Organizations have changed how they do business. To adhere to social distancing measures and mitigate COVID-19 operational risks, they have adopted new technologies and adapted their business models, services, and processes. These changes have allowed key Canadian industries to stay connected with and continue meeting their client's needs.
This survey attempts to capture the IT changes that companies have made to continue safely interacting with their stakeholders.
This survey should only take 5–10 minutes. We will send the results to all participants as soon as they are available.
