The Government of Canada is renewing its federal Sexually Transmitted and Blood-Borne Infections (STBBI)
Action Plan
. A modernized Action Plan will position the federal response in post-pandemic realities while incorporating an equity lens and the latest scientific evidence in order to accelerate our response to meet global targets.
The insights and experience of people with lived experience of STBBI, people from key populations, Indigenous organizations, health professionals, community-based and other civil society organizations, researchers and activists are essential to this renewal. An online survey is being shared to give you an opportunity to provide your feedback on priorities for action that you’d like the Government of Canada to consider.
We invite you to complete the survey at your convenience between
March 8 and April 6, 2023
. The Public Health Agency of Canada will regularly analyze data to inform the ongoing engagement process, starting with an initial review on March 17th.
We look forward to hearing from all of you as we develop a renewed Action Plan.
Should you require support to complete the survey or if you have any questions, please contact:
