This survey is part of the Saskatchewan Legal Coaching and Unbundling Pilot Project (LCUP).
The purpose of this survey is
to learn about:
Who is using unbundled legal services and legal coaching
How the services clients received impacted the outcome of their legal issue, and
How clients felt about the experience of using unbundled legal services
.
This survey should take you ten minutes or less to complete. People who complete the survey are
eligible to be entered into a draw for a $50 gift card. You can enter this draw at the end of the survey. Survey responses are anonymous – your name and email address for the draw, if you choose to participate, will be collected in a second survey that is not linked to the main survey.
By answering this survey, you will help LCUP to:
Understand how
legal coaching and/or
unbundled legal services is experienced from the perspective of the client.
Understand how effective
legal coaching and
unbundling is at helping clients access justice
.
Raise awareness of
legal coaching and
unbundled legal services among Saskatchewan lawyers.
Encourage Saskatchewan lawyers to offer
legal coaching and
unbundled services.
Encourage Saskatchewan residents to consider using
legal coaching and
unbundled services to address their legal problems, and
Make recommendations about the delivery and use of
legal coaching and
unbundled services.
This 10-minute survey is hosted by Voxco, a Canadian-owned and managed company whose data is securely stored in Canada and is funded by the
Canadian Foundation for Legal Research
.
The data collected as a result of this survey is anonymous. Please
visit this link
to learn about Voxco’s privacy policy.
Data will be stored for a minimum of five years post-publication
on the CHASR University of Saskatchewan’s secure server. Once the data is deleted from the CHASR server, it will be deleted using a program like “Shred-it” that ensures data cannot be restored.

Participation in this survey is voluntary.
You can decide not to participate at any time by closing your browser, or choose not to answer any questions you do not feel comfortable with. Survey responses will remain anonymous. Since the survey is anonymous, once it is submitted it cannot be removed.
Whether you choose to participate or not will have no effect on your position (e.g., employment, academic status, access to services) or how you will be treated.
