Thank you for your interest in Health Canada's Personal Support Worker Mapping Project, and for accessing the registration survey to be contacted for follow-up! This project aims to clarify the roles and responsibilities of personal support workers, health care aides, home support workers, resident care workers, continuing care aides, etc. from across Canada.
Although we intended to speak to you in small, online focus groups, low numbers in some jurisdictions and the challenge of scheduling have made this quite difficult. We do still want to hear from you, so we ask that you take 20 minutes to complete a new online survey that will collect the same information we had hoped to discuss in the focus groups.
We do apologize for this change, but we hope that you will take the time to provide the information as thoroughly and accurately as possible. The survey will be open for the remainder of the summer, and there will be email reminders to complete it until it closes.
You will not be asked to provide your name or any personal contact information. The survey is hosted by the Canadian Hub for Applied and Social Research (CHASR), and only CHASR staff will have access to the survey data.
If you have any questions, please direct them to the project coordinator, Marla Rogers, at firstname.lastname@example.org
