As part of becoming a more age-friendly community, the City of Vaughan is asking for residents over the age of 55, or caring for someone over the age of 55, to provide their thoughts on the current age-friendly needs and priorities across the 8 World Health Organization's age-friendly community features:
Outdoor spaces and buildings
Respect and social inclusion
Civic participation and employment
Communication and information
Community support and health services
The information on this survey is collected under the authority of section 10, Municipal Act. The information will only be used to improve the City of Vaughan's commitment to public engagement and is subject to provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 1990.

The survey should take about 15-20 minutes to complete. The survey is aimed at hearing from residents 55 years of age and older, or caring for someone over the age of 55.
